
Once I got into the swing of it, the morning reading-done just before my hot water with lemon-no longer seemed like a chore. Instead, the daily-tailored nutritional plan focused on macros: carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
There wasn’t anything that I wasn’t allowed to eat. I quickly worked out just how much the device points to sleep and, of course, diet. Full disclaimer: I really struggled to get into the habit of using it at the very beginning, but now, it's become a part of me and completely slipped into my lifestyle and routine. Lumen says, they “developed the CO2 sensor inside the device from scratch, and that's the key hardware that reads the levels of CO2 in your breath.
